第21届国际分子束外延学术会议定于墨西哥

国际分子束外延（MBE）会议每2年举办一次，是全球分子束外延领域最重要的盛会，由美洲、欧洲和亚洲轮流主办。会议的宗旨是展示国际分子束外延及其相关领域的新进展、新动态、新成果，交流和探讨分子束外延发展中存在的问题和未来的发展方向，拓宽分子束外延的应用领域，为从事分子束外延技术以及相关材料和器件研究的科研人员提供相互了解和交流的机会，同时也为分子束外延相关的上下游产业提供信息沟通和宣传的渠道。
第21届国际分子束外延会议由墨西哥CINVESTAV应用物理研究部主办，会议定于2020年8月30日~9月4日在墨西哥巴亚尔塔港召开，具体信息如下：

This series of successful conferences began in 1978 in Paris, and in recent years, has taken place in Nara, Japan (2012); Flagstaff, USA (2014); Montpellier, France (2016), and Shanghai, China (2018). The 21st International Conference in Molecular Beam Epitaxy will take place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The International Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (ICMBE 2020) provides a prominent international forum for reporting new developments in the areas of fundamental and applied molecular beam epitaxy research, including advances in the technique, synthesis of new materials, discovery of new physical properties, formation of novel heterostructures, and the development of innovative devices.
